Foster parent was having a difficult time managing the foster child's behavior. To control the child, foster parent admittedly gave the foster child an additional 1/2 dosage of clonidine. This was used as an aid to calm the child down, however this medication was not prescribed by the health-care professional to be administered for this cause. .

Narrative
Foster children were subjected to inappropriate care and placement based on foster mothers own admission. Foster mother stated that the children were not easy to deal with. Foster boys would often times get angry and destroy furnishing use inappropriate language and throwing things in the home primarily their bedroom. She states that she has difficulty controlling them to the point that sometimes results in holding them down to calm them as well as use cold towels on their faces and additional medication dosage as an aid to calmness.
