CARE PROCEEDINGS RISE TO MORE THAN 50% IN LEICESTERSHIRE

A recent Leicester Mercury Newspaper report, stated that Care Proceedings within the County, have increased to more than 50%.

This is due to Local Authority failings up and down the Country, which has resulted in the tragic death of  many vulnerable Children.

We do not know the details of individual cases, but i am sure that some of the Cases will be put down to presumed non accidental injury,and false allegations?

The Local Authority say that they work with Parents, but the former is just not happening, because the PAIN helpline would be bombarded with Clients from this area.i am having up to 25 new cases a day  from other parts of the country..

I will be talking on Radio Leicester on Monday 13TH July, on the This Morning Program at 9am, to discus the situation.

The Director of  Social Services will be present,as well as the director of  Childrens Services for the City Council..

With the increase of Care Proceedings comes, the scenario, that there could be many Parents caught up in miscarriages of Justice, via the Family Courts,and experiance Forced Adoption?.

The same has happened within the West Midlands, Babies are being taken from Hospitals, on Emergency Protection Orders, within hours of birth, in some Cases Social Services, have very little evidence to support such drastic action.

With the increase of Care Proceedings, there will be a back log of Cases awaiting the Family Courts, more Guardians will be needed,resulting in a waiting list to see these CAFCASS  officers.

A Guardian, should be appointed within a week, of Cases reaching the Family Court Arena, and there will be soon a waiting list in Leicestershire, resulting in Parents being parted from their beloved offspring a lot longer, or the dreaded outcome, of a Child being left at risk of abuse, or even death..
