Jonathan Outlaw has been accused of sexually battering his adopted daughter

Brooksville, Florida -- Brooksville Police arrested Jonathan Outlaw on charges he sexually battered his adopted daughter over the past five years.

Police say Outlaw's juvenile daughter told detectives he had committed more than seven sexual acts on her during that time.

In an interview with Outlaw, police say he admitted to two of the incidents but that she initiated the acts.

On Aug. 11, police arrested Outlaw and he is currently being held on $20,000 bond on 2 counts of Sexual Battery by Parent or Custodian.
