A Rogue River man has pleaded guilty to sexually abusing a foster child living in his group home and was sentenced to 75 months in prison. Sixty-year-old David Richard Cosby confessed to abusing a 12-year-old girl that he and his wife were attempting to adopt. The victim had already been removed from one home after being sexually abused there. Police are now attempting to contact other foster children that he cared for to see if there are other instances of abuse. Authorities say that Cosby's wife had no idea about the abuse.
