Police: Toddler Who Died Suffered Head Trauma

Autopsy Scheduled For Monday

Investigators will learn more Monday why a 2-year-old Canton girl died.

An autopsy is scheduled for Monday for Allison Newman. The toddler died Saturday.

She was found unresponsive early Friday morning at a foster home in the Wayne County community.

Emergency workers said she showed signs of head trauma.

This is the second foster child to die in Wayne County in the last month.
