| In two home screenings, interviews were not documented fully per requirements of the standard. In one file, it was not clear if each of the individual, joint and family interviews were done. In other file, it was not documented that a home visit was done when all members were present. Deficiency may be uncorrectable in these particular files as children already placed in these homes. Agency needs to ensure compliance in home screenings it is approving. | |
