EUGENE -- Eugene-based Holt International Children's Services has been accused by a Veneta couple of negligence, abandonment and fraud for allegedly withholding information about the psychiatric problems of a Russian orphan the couple adopted five years ago.
Curtis and Suzanne Lloyd and their adopted son, Aleksandr, seek damages totaling $7.5 million.
"We're looking at the information and will be in contact with our counsel," Holt spokeswoman Susan Cox said Monday.
