Behavior problems come in all different sizes for parents with their children, and in many cases the behaviors seem to defy adult logic. All one has to do is a simple web-search of Behavioral Problems to see how many any one search engine can find.

I found a website that dares to link the adopted child to alcohol/drug addiction, and I found it very interesting how most blame gets placed on the biologic parents. [As if only alcoholics or drug addicts relinquish their children to the foster care/adoption system!]

Fire triangle mentioned in http://poundpuplegacy.org/node/6764 reminds me of the adoption triangle, and the rage it triggers in a lot of people. (Adopted Child Syndrome)

After all, lots of kids are brought into foster-care because of domestic violence, and death through fires, right?

Isn't arson a capital offense?

In order for wellness to begin, it needs to be nurtured to grow and be maintained. I believe those who got lost in a system where abuse and neglect were the standards of "care", all acts become a series of white noise. We become creatures of habit, so if all we are shown in life is "bad behavior", and abandonment, hey.... guess what our natural tendency is going to be?

No where is this more true than in the prison-system.

Look at it's population, and look at what it's doing to our population, as a whole.

HOW can it be repaired?

"He Won't Agree to Have a Child"

Ladies Home Journal has this article series called, "Can this marriage be saved?" On some rare occassions, I will agree with the advice given by the therapist given to the couple (keeping in mind, my experience as an adoptee with a long history with attachment issues is very different from many modern-day paid therapists.) I expect to have a different opinion. Is that to say my opinion is wrong?
