A List of Supporters

In order for wellness to begin, it needs to be nurtured to grow and be maintained.  I believe those who got lost in a system where abuse and neglect were the standards of "care", all acts become a series of white noise.  We become creatures of habit, so if all we are shown in life is "bad behavior", and abandonment, hey.... guess what our natural tendency is going to be?

No where is this more true than in the prison-system.

Look at it's population, and look at what it's doing to our population, as a whole.

HOW can it be repaired?

I believe one step is to bring families together.

There can be a solution, but it will take lots of time, and money.  There are countless of inmates in the world torn by the forces of foster-care fall-out, physical abuse, neglect, and wrongful imprisonment who need special attention.  Those in-prison for long-term sentencing need long-term contact with their own family members.  But HOW?

I believe Family Networking needs to be built, Campus-Style, and I believe those who broke these families (IE, the Adoption Industry) can help rebuild these prison communities, much like little college campuses are formed.

Why must they (the people, the lives and the life-stories of future generations) be eye-sores when abuse and neglect was the cause from the very beginning?

Family and Corrections Network

I found an organization that may be of interest: Family and Corrections Network.

They have an extensive link list of other organizations dedicated to work with prisoners and their families. I believe it is important to address the prison system as a source of separation, perpetuating a pattern of neglect and abandonment.
