TWO Down Syndrome children

I don't know the answers to all your questions but reading the following gives some insight,
http://poundpuplegacy.org/node/73861

Adopting TWO Downs Syndrome children and having little training or life outside of the farm, is it really a surprise what happened?

Same questions over and over....

Same questions keeps repeated.
How much training did this AP get about the reality of raising a special needs child?
How much services and support did this Downs Child receive by the community, state and school district?
How much medical insurance did the AP have to support the long term medical needs of this child with Downs?
How much support did this AP mom get from the community, church, and state for raising a Child with Downs?

Has anyone questioned their adoption agency why this child was placed with this Afamily?
What was the agency's role in placement, support, training, oversight?

What qualified that APfamily....to be the best interest of the child?
