International Children's Alliance

ICA currently works with orphanages in Russia, Kazakhstan, China, Bulgaria and Albania. ICA is committed to helping orphaned and abandoned children find loving, appropriate homes. We have a child and family focused view of adoption: We will place a child only in a home that is right for that child and that family.
