Boy adopted by Douglas John Burnham
In the 1970's a 9-year-old boy was adopted by Douglas Burnham and molested for years. Burnham was convicted of first-degree sexual abuse in 1983 and received probation. Burnham continued to molest children and in March 2011 was sentenced to 12 1/2 years.

victimchild is put on probation, which basically means the pedophile is free to prey as he wishes.Years later, another case comes to court.
Are we actually supposed to feel something remotely close to pity for the bastard who sexually abused others? Am I supposed to feel sad the prick may not be released back into society until he is 83?
