public

The Midland County Sheriff's office has released the names of the victims in yesterday's Geneva Township stabbing, following the arraignment of the alleged attacker.

Steven J. Pribbernow Jr., 15, was arraigned as an adult Tuesday afternoon on one charge of open murder for the stabbing death of his brother, Justin Pribbernow, 17.

Pribbernow was also arraigned on three counts of assault with intent to murder. Those wounded were two of the suspect's brothers -- Kevin Pribbernow, 15, and Kody Pribbernow, 13 -- and the suspect's stepfather, Joshua M. Saylor, 32.

Each of the four charges carries a life sentence.

All three survivors were taken to various area hospitals for treatment. All are recovering, though their conditions have not been released.

The assault occurred Tuesday morning at 5180 W. McNally. Tax records show Saylor and Jessica L. Pribbernow own the property.

Midland County District Judge Stephen P. Carras denied the suspect's bail and Pribbernow remains lodged at the Midland County Jail.
