justice for kevin and kody baden - pribbernow safe removal from adopted parents back to bio parents

to whom it may concern ;

we are the bio parents of kevin and kody baden ,our names are faith and kevin baden from Alena mi,we lost our children in arenac mi back in 2003 due to unjustified reason for taken our parental rights away from us .we have proof that the  people  who had them taken had lied about our family to justify their reasons for pulling them .we have records from the the cps office stating that for the two reason why they took our kids were lies .

1  they stated we failed to protect them from being molested from two different people .

which we had Doug beams put in prison for 43and half years for molesting 2 of our sons .it was also stated that my ex husband did the same thing and we did nothing about it which isn't true .any time my sons came to me on anything to do with my ex husband that was to do with my older son if it didn't sound right than i reported it .we have proof he never touch them and a social worker told my oldest son to just lie to her about his real dad .in 3 part of the big report on file it states that there was no proof of my ex husband ever doing such actions toward my 2 oldest sons.

2 they stated we medical neglected our kids .

we never neglected our kids .our youngest son had allot of physical disabilities at birth and he had to go  through physical therapy from new born until about a year old for his motor skills because he was parcel paralyze at birth for the first 6 to 8 months of his life due to how i carried him before given birth to him .as he was growing and starting to walk we got involved with cripple children to help with his medical disabilities .than as he got a little older .it was brought to our attend that his breathing problems he has was caused by him having upper bronchial asthma problems .so than he had to be put on breathing treatment and shown what to do if he has and attack at any time .than by time he was about 5 or 6 years old the specialist started having back braces being made for him to try and stop the curbed in his spine .at this time his spinal problem was progression worse and he was stated to have congenital scolioses of the spinal cord .even with the back brace being used .we later was told about shiners hospital .we then got involved with them and took our son to Chicago IL to see their specialists .they set him up for surgery but before we could get him to the appt the arenac county come in and place our kids into foster care and put them up for adoption.well in foster care our youngest son had back surgery done on DEC 19 ,2003 and also our oldest son that was taken had open heart surgery as well .we never knew that our oldest son had a heart problem .and was blown away that he had to have surgery or they said he could die due to he had a hole in his heart that was draining into his lungs .and with out surgery he would possibly die .at the age of 13 years old .

we love our kids and we did the best we possible could too take care of all of our sons .sure we had our share of ups and downs like most people have but we never hurt our children to the point to hospitalize them or were we ever mean to them .we were very close with our kids and we try to teach them good morals in life the best we possible could .they never live in a dirty home ,nor did they ever want for food .they had allot of friends and even their friends called us mom and dad .we even had custody of 2 different children that were 16 years old at different times .

in 2003 earlier in the year we were living in a small two house that was affordable for us at the time dhs/cps came out to our home in ogemaw county on a report alleged against our family and was working with us for 3 months during this time they told us our home was to small because me and my husband didn't have our own room to in due we had 2 kids per room that we had to get a bigger home .so we moved out and went to stay with family for a week well we were looking for a new home to buy the day we bought our new home for our family they came out to my family stating our younger son had a raw sour on his foot and the school reported us due to they felt we weren't taken care of his foot problem .

Michigan took them 6 years ago and in doing so, violated our civil rights as

> paper stating they were going to put programs in place, in order for us to
> keep our children. These programs were never put into place.

> could keep our children. But they lied to us.

> outside. While I was treating his scratch, his school reported that it was not
> being properly treated, and reported us to cps.

> lied to the court and said that it wasn't healed. The doctor that was
> treating him, sent over a report stating his wound was healed. While we were
> pleading our case in court for the first time, our children were being taken
> into state custody without our knowledge.

but with all of this being told i want to let everyone know that i am not be selfish and only thinking of my self my main goals right now are to get our sons out of the custody of their adoptive family home where there has been molestation going on ,my son murder ,my oldest son in prison due to this home life ,my 2 younger sons injury in a stabbing attack on them .i want it to be known i want my sons back home with us but even if it isn't possible at this time .i want them remove from this home a place in a safer home to where they can know their safe ,feed well,happy and well taken care of until they can come home on their own .we love each and everyone of our sons more than life its self .please done have pity on us,have compassion on our sons and save them from this night mare they are living in at this time .help us do what it takes to save them from farther in derangement done on them by their adoptive parents that only wants them for the income they bring in for them .       thank you Mr.and Mrs.baden
