Edward and Maggie Clausson, childless Germans, adopted little nine-year old orphan girl who died two weeks ago. Suspicions were excited and the body exhumed yesterday. It showed the little one was starved, beaten and frozen to death. The precious pair were bound over for trial. The feeling is intense.
