Linda Brownlee, Director

Linda Brownlee is a licensed clinical social worker and is Board Certified In Clinical Social Work. Working in international adoption, she has placed over 500 children from orphanages. She has presented workshops for Resolve and adoption support groups and at an international conference in Moscow. She and her husband have two children through adoption who are now young adults.

Cathy Bottrell, LGSW

Cathy Bottrell is our home study social worker. She has experience working with special needs children and has recently adopted her young son.Cathy D. Bottrell, Emory & Henry College BA NSU MSW Adoptive parent of a three year old son Spent the past ten years working with child abuse and neglect and children with special needs.

Maureen McMahon, Adoption Assistant

Maureen McMahon comes to us from the National Adoption Information Clearinghouse where she worked as an Adoption Information Specialist. She is excited to help families get the information they need for the adoption process. She is also a graduate student studying psychology. She hopes to do professional counseling someday.

Jun Li, China Coordinator

Jun Li, a native of China, speaks fluent English. She coordinates our adoptions from China, which includes translating all the clients' documents.

Marzhan Uralbekova, Russia Coordinator

Marzhan Uralbekova has been coordinating Russian adoptions with Adoption Center of Washington since 1993. She lives in Moscow and has a young child.

Stephanie Ricciuti, Intern

Stephanie Ricciuti is currently a senior at George Mason studying Social Work. Once she graduates she plans to work with children and families on an international level. Stephanie is excited about aiding potential parents in the adoption process by uniting them with a child.
