Samoa Victim Spokesperson, Viliamu Paese.

Parents of a young girl who was adopted under the Focus on Children programme three years ago have received the good news she is coming home.

She is to visit her biological parents here in Samoa in June for one week, confirmed the Samoa Victim Support Group.

Viliamu Paese, SVSG spokesperson, said the parents “were very happy” after the group informed them late last week. They “are looking forward to this day.”

The nine-year-old adoptee will be accompanied by her adopted parents and representatives from the Good Morning America Show when she visits in June, said Mr. Paese.

SVSG will meet with the girl’s biological parents during the weekend or early next week to negotiate arrangements for their daughter’s visit.
