9-year-old Russian girl from Borovichi, Novgorod, adopted by Crystal and Jesse Money from the State of Georgia was returned to Moscow by her adoptive parents because they could not cope with her.
The Moneys, claimed they were not fully alerted to Samantha's condition by the adoption agency, which gave them a glowing account of the girl's personality despite evidence of mental retardation.
Frank Foundation brought "Samantha" back to the US to find a new home, her location is unknown.
