India - Subash (aka Ashraf) son of Sivagama and Nageshwar Rao case

Subash was stolen, transferred to an orphanage, had his name changed to Ashraf and was placed with US parents on the shores of Lake Michigan, probably in Wisconsin per CBI unearths child kidnapping racket, Australian family stunned (Lead). The only other states on Lake Michigan are Illinois and Michigan.
MSS orphanage's former gardener, G.P. Manoharan, specifically confessed to kidnapping Subash.
