Haut de la Garenne media update

Just a very quick update for you today from Haut de la Garenne;

Excavation continues on the second pit today, and sieving of material from the cellar area continues.

At Police HQ, the historic abuse enquiry team continue to work building cases against suspects and collecting statements from victims and witnesses.

The site will be closed tomorrow (Sunday) to give the team a day off.

Please can I re-iterate that we are not able to give out details of the blood stained items found for previously explained evidential reasons.
