DEATH: HELEN MARIE VAUGHN BRIGHT
A very special wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Helen Marie Vaughn Bright, 73, died on March 8, 1995 in Salt Lake City.
She was born on December 30, 1921 in Clinton, Illinois to Claude and Elvira Ramos Cooley Vaughn. Married Charles Henry Bright on January 6, 1938 in Lebanon, Kentucky. Marriage later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Active member of the LDS Church serving in many capacities. Worked in the school lunch program for the Salt Lake School District.Survived by her husband, Charles, Salt Lake City; eight sons, Charles Winston Bright and wife, Linda, West Jordan, Utah; Ronnie Heber Bright and wife, Sheila, Petersburg, Illinois; Bradley Dale Bright and wife, Sylvia, Salt Lake City, Utah; Stephen Murrell Bright and wife, Amber, West Jordan, Utah; Laddie Ray Bright and wife, Anja, Bennion, Utah; David Ricky Bright and wife, Theresa, Salt Lake City, Utah;
Marty Lee Bright and wife, Darlene, West Valley City, Utah; Barry Glenn Bright and wife, Sherry, West Valley City, Utah; two daughters, Beverly Bright Martin and husband, Ronald James, West Jordan, Utah; Kristie Bright Moore, West Valley City, Utah; 39 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Evelyn Vaughn, Lebanon, Kentucky; Beatrice Vaughn Sanders, Lebanon, Kentucky.
Preceded in death by a son, Claude Henry Bright, a daughter, Dorthy Bright Stahl, a sister, Dorthy Vaughn and
two grandchildren, Jason Lee Bright and Kameron Lee Bright.She will be missed by all who knew her and loved her.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 13, 1995 at 12 noon in the Wasatch Lawn Mortuary Chapel, 3401 South Highland Drive, where friends may call on Sunday evening from 6-8 p.m. and on Monday from 10:45-11:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment, Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
