Martie Elliot,31, of 140 St. Mary St., Watertown, charged with third-degree robbery and fourth-degree grand larceny in an incident Oct. 4 in Syracuse.
Carlos Ocasio,22, of 1016 Bellevue Ave., Syracuse, charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, resisting arrest and reckless driving in an incident Nov. 22 in Syracuse.
Kahari Thomas,23, of 316 Craig St., Syracuse, charged with third-degree robbery (two counts) and fourth-degree grand larceny in incidents Oct.4 and 12 in Syracuse.
Mileke Williams,20, of 151 Roney Road, Apt.1E, Syracuse, charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (two counts) and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance in an incident Dec.23 in Syracuse.

Nathan J. Reome,25, of 9462 Chalkstone Course, Apt.9J, Brewerton, charged with first-degree rape (four counts), first-degree criminal sexual act, second-degree kidnapping and fourth-degree conspiracy in an incident Oct.24, 2004, in Syracuse and Oswego County.
John A. Testone Jr.,36, of 8136 Balsamwood Lane, Clay, charged with third-degree grand larceny, first-degree falsifying business records (two counts), fourth-degree grand larceny and second-degree falsifying business records in incidents February 2002 through November 2003 in Clay.
