The death of a 1-year-old Geneva girl at a Rochester hospital Saturday has been ruled a homicide. Geneva city police said Sunday that an autopsy on Meghan Hawkins-Rusch, who would have been 14 months old Oct. 8, revealed that she died from head trauma. The child, who lived at 401 High St., had been brought to Geneva General Hospital by her parents about 7:30 p.m. Friday, according to Sgt. Ronald Passalaqua of the Geneva Police Department.
