Grand Jury letter about DHS fraud

To Whom It May Concern,

My name is Dana Lawhon on April 25, 2008 my daughter gave birth to a little boy named Evan. She was at the Holy Family Home for unwed mothers because the father tried to kill her and the baby before he was born. I moved her there for protection and because I was afraid she would go into labor while I was at work and I wouldn’t be able to get to her in time. On May 8^th I went and picked her up at the home. She was turned in to DHS because she fell asleep with Evan on her chest after feeding him. They told us that it was called co-sleeping and that it was against the law and that they were taking the baby. Since then every mother and some fathers I have talked to have done the same thing. The DHS worker is AnTiffany McDaniel-Fears and she became mad at me when I took them both to my house so she called the police to have the child picked up. The police officer told her that he could not take the child because there was no legal valid reason for taking the baby. He came in inspected my house and made sure we had a bed for him and plenty of diapers and food. He then told the worker that there was nothing wrong so he couldn’t take him. The worker Ms. McDaniel became enraged and told him that if he would not take the baby that she would find someone who would. She wanted him for The Adoption Incentive Bonus Program. The police man told me that she would be back and sooner or later she would find a cop that would give her what she wants. She was mad and told me not to F*** with her that she would destroy me. She works for DHS and can do what she wants. She did the same thing at Wal-Mart when her and my daughter went shopping. She told the Wal-Mart manager that if they didn’t take care of her she would pull all of the Federal Funding from Wal-Mart. This woman is well known for her temper she did the same thing when she worked for the Attorney General’s Office that is why they fired her. I contacted several people about what she was doing but she was right because she works for DHS the rules don’t apply to her. I was so naïve I thought the rules were the same for everybody. Her vendetta against me continued so I exposed her criminal record and the fact that she had an outstanding active warrant for her arrest for writing hot checks. The state I guess agreed with me that the warrant didn’t look good so they made her take care of the warrant after a month or so. My point was that if she can’t take care of her own affairs how can the state deem her capable to come in say she is taking care of mine I was doing just fine until she came along. Then she came after me even more she lied to a judge and told him that I threatened to shoot her so they issued a warrant for my arrest. She was issued a VPO without the judge even looking at my evidence. The fact that after I was served the VPO she was at my house on Oct. 8^th at 5:15 p.m. stalking me and I have witnesses to this fact. I asked the judge if he could at least make the VPO go both ways for my own protection but he refused he was only there to see that I once again got railroaded. Several people in court commented on the fact that the way the judge was treating me it was obvious I didn’t have a chance. I went to jail got out then she told another judge I threatened to beat her up and so now they have issued another warrant on another lie. She is mad because I exposed her record and so she is out to give me one and send me to prison for a crime I did not commit and nobody will stop her they are just helping her perpetrate this fraud upon the courts and me. I didn’t really believe all the stories that I have heard about the way DHS workers lie to get what they want. I thought there had to be more to it I no longer feel that way. I have seen first hand just how evil this woman is and how she can make up any lie, have me thrown in jail and the state just stands by and helps her. I have lived here all my life my family came over during the run and have always been proud of Oklahoma but not anymore. My Great Grandfather was even Chief Justice to the Supreme Court twice and swore in our first Governor. I wonder what he would think of this fine state now. Before I met this woman I was just your average person went to work, paid my taxes, came home and didn’t bother anybody. Now I have lost my job of 8 years because she told my boss he needed to shut me up. She didn’t like the fact that I knew just enough about the law to know what she was doing was wrong. She was not picking up my grandson within the scope of her job it was a personal vendetta which is also illegal. She is using her job to take advantage of me and see that the state railroads me in court that is exploitation which is also illegal. My civil rights have been violated the list goes on, fraud, perjury, falsifying documents etc. all of this I can prove. However if the judge won’t look at it how can I get it entered in court? I told her I would never shut up about how she is using her job to break the law and steal peoples children just because she can. I even told her she would have to kill me to shut me up. So now I will have a record and go to prison for a crime I didn’t commit. I guess that is how she plans to shut me up. Everybody knows the problems with the system but nobody wants to fix it why is that? Is it because nobody really cares about the children they just care about the Federal money being made off of them? What a sad state of affairs our legal system has come to when money is more important then human lives and if you dare expose the corruption we will just throw you in jail. Sounds more like Germany 1942 then the United States Of America 2008. Put yourself in my shoes one day you have a job and then because somebody works for the government they are given the right to just come in and destroy you and nobody will stop them doesn’t sound really fair does it? Even though I no longer really have faith in the system a lawyer said that I should send you my story that you had the power to look in to this and stop this injustice. So far all I have found are people who want to keep this corruption going but I will keep trying and I will keep writing letters. I have been sending them out by way of e-mail that way I can prove that I have been actually writing these letters and sending them out. I know that some day the truth will come out and people are going to know just how many people were involved in helping with this cover up. I really do wonder how these people sleep at night knowing what they are doing by day. I know that AnTiffany told me she has to use sleeping pills and I believe her because I have talked to her before after she has taken them. The next morning she doesn’t even remember the conversations she has after she has taken them. I wonder how safe that can be for her daughter at night if this woman is that out of it. I understand why she has to take them if I did what she does on a daily basis I would not be able to sleep at night without help either. The guilt must be enormous and would keep her up at night without them.
