Tyra Tackles Teen Pregnancy
On the heels of the Bristol Palin story, talk show host Tyra Banks addresses teen pregnancy today when she sits down with ten teen girls -- most of whom are pregnant. A web survey of 10,000 teens showed 64% of teen girls are having sex, one in five say they want to be teen moms and more than 50% of sexually active teens don't use protection. Some say they want "baby bumps" like their favorite celebs, while others feel a baby will restore a broken relationship.

something needs to be done
Seeing the video clip of the show, again proves there is serious need for comprehensive sex education AND parenting eduction. Maybe a ban on magazines showing pregnant celebs would be a good idea too.
