Michael Yates

Michael Yates, MDIV, received his Bachelor's degree from Albion College in 1986 and his Masters of Divinity from Vanderbilt University in 1990. Michael and his family reside in Knoxville. His child welfare experience includes 2 years of residential services at Vanderbilt Child & Adolescent Psychiatric Hospital and 12 years of therapeutic foster care and adoption with the Helen Ross McNabb Center prior to joining Harmony. Michael is currently the Project Coordinator for Adoption Support & Preservation as well as the Healthy Marriage, Healthy Family and Permanency Unit programs. A good laugh, active friends, and a forgiving family help keep Michael centered.
