WASHINGTON (AP) A D.C. Superior Court Court judge Thursday sentenced a woman to serve nine to 30 years for the murder of one of her adopted children. Judge Fred B. Ugast imposed the sentence on Lillie May Caldwell Gasaway, 33, who was found guilty last fall of second-degree murder in the September 1979 death of Hildred Thomans Gasaway, her nine-month-old adopted son.
