Two boys and a girl, all 9 or 10 years old, were sexually abused by their adoptive father, Richard Hill, beginning Jan 2006. He allegedly sexually abused children, including his sisters, since he was a child. His sisters say they objected to the adoptions. Hill was sentenced to 9 years to life. His wife was unaware of the abuse.
