SALEM - A Salem County grand jury indicted a Salem couple and a Vineland woman last week on charges of endangering the welfare of children, according to court papers.

James E. Lindorff, 57, and Heather G. Lindorff, 42, both of Maskells Mill Road in Salem and Mildred A. Cullinan, 75, of North Delsea Drive in Vineland were indicted on charges of endangering the welfare of children and criminal contempt, according to the indictment.

James Lindorff, Heather Lindorff and Cullinan, having legal duty or care of four children, ages 15, 13, 11 and 9 at the time, caused them harm on or about Aug. 1, 2005 making them abused and neglected children, according to court papers.

The children were not provided with medical treatment or proper and sufficient food, according to court papers.

The three defendants also disobeyed a judicial custody order of the Superior Court of New Jersey, according to the indictment.

According to court papers, Cullinan disobeyed the court order by allowing the Lindorffs to have unsupervised contact with the minors.
