Diane Newton

i recently found out i have 2 other sisters. my father gave me the only paper/record he has of one of the children. on the paper it has "adoption reunion registry", the name "diane newton" and a number. id really like to call to see what it is. but the number doesnt have an area code. if anyone could help me, that would be great.

I really wonder if that number is still in use. As far as I can tell, Diane Newton was lastly affiliated with adoption in 1999. She worked in the Georgia are, so that would make the area code one of these four: 404, 678, 770, 470.
