BCFS is uniquely qualified to provide services to people in crisis and to provide leadership to other agencies developing disaster plans for Medical Special Needs sheltering. BCFS has served the human service needs of Texans since 1944 and is a multi-service health and human service agency with programs across Texas, Latin America, Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia and Africa.
