For those who wish to believe the Adoption Process has made great strides in terms of improving the standards of care an agency claims to provide through its child-placement services, behold a few stories I'd like to share with The General  Public.  Visit the list of modern-day Methods of Maternal-Malpractice, (by order of the court, of course!).... 

http://www.nj.com/specialprojects/ provides all sorts of archived articles, but the story about the 7 yr old Russian adoptee is a lost-cause of an entirely different nature I found especially difficult and disturbing to read.
