Independent Ukrainian Adoption and Facilitator's Services

This is a team of facilitators who provide help with independent adoptions from Ukraine.


Our services include:

  • Our representative in the USA provides you with the full support in the USA. We help you prepare your Ukrainian adoption dossier by providing samples of adoption dossier documents. We also provide the guidelines for each document. What is not included:

    We charge a flat fee -- $8000. This fee includes all of the services outlined above. There are no hidden charges or additional fees. We provide you with the receipt for your payment.
  • We will meet you at the airport in Kiev and transport you to your apartment/hotel.
  • For your stay in Kiev you will be provided with the apartment or hotel (apartment/hotel with the rate up to $35 per night is included, you have an option of upgrading your lodging to a more expensive arrangement covering the difference in rates).
  • The entire documents processing including copies, translations, notary public expenses etc. (in Kiev and in the region ).
  • Lawyers at the Courts in the regions. We hire the best lawyers at the regions to defend our interest at the courts.
  • issue of a new birth certificate.
  • issue of a new passport for the child.
  • Translation and legalization of all papers and documents for the Consular Department of the US Embassy in Kiev that support application for the child the immigrant visa to the United States.    
  • Transport for traveling throughout Kiev on adoption related matters
  • Donations for the orphanage, gifts, humanitarian aid for children with special needs, and etc.
  • Facilitator fees.
  • Translator fee.

  • Food
  • Expenses related to travel to the regions (air/train fare, lodging in the region both for family and translator, transportation in region)
  • Visa application fee for adopted child ($350 + resent surcharge of $40)
