Child placement

For decades foster-care and adoption have been seen by the general public as the best options a child has in terms of  finding "safe family-placement".   Yet, what happens when private and public agencies become more focused on the numbers of children and families being replaced than the long-term well-being of both child and parent separated by strangers?  What family is safe from the wanting need of a child, especially when social-services are known to follow a supply and demand philosophy?  Can safe child placement be guaranteed when personal greed and private profit can easily rule the adoption industry?

Pound Pup Legacy dares to explore the problems and issues plaguing the child placement industry because we believe no family should be broken and torn because there are profits to be made or target to be reached.
