Nothing but the truth

If you were there 5 days a week and never saw anything, never noticed the number of unexplained absences from school, perhaps you are part of the problem. If the Tylskis wanted to have their day in court, why have they continually delayed (only the defense has a right to a speedy trial).

I've read the comments in this blog and numerous others claiming the child was frail and malnourished when adopted by the Tylskis, but then I've seen the pictures of her taken from the time she was a tiny infant until she went to live with the Tylskis. She was a hardy, almost chubby little girl who smiled constantly (oh I suppose she was just manipulating everybody and lying to cover her normalness). To further contradict the lies the Tylskis and their buddies tell, she was not in DCF foster care. She was in a private family home and her adoption was through the private agency, Bundles of Hope. The director of the agency babysat for the child frequently and can document her physical condition prior to adoption by the Tylskis. She had never been abused and the Guardian ad Litem has testified that her biological parents loved her very much, did not abuse or neglect her, but just could not provide a stable loving home for her. To the contrary when she was removed from the Tylskis, she was spindly (maybe just her age), her hair was brittle and straw like, and she had dark circles under her eyes (I'm sure more manipulation). Further, the medical evidence, not what she said, is what documents the injuries she received.

Have these wonderful people confided in you that just recently they were a hairs breath away from a guilty plea? Thankfully they were not allowed to dictate the terms of the plea and the trial is moving forward.

You talk about all the beautiful clothes she had. Well the wonderful, generous Tylskis, after many weeks, finally turned over clothes that were out of season and ill-fitting. This spoiled, manipulative child you refer to has had no problems shopping at Target. The Tylskis didn't so much as send her favorite toy to comfort her as she was sent to live with strangers. Not to mention that there was no reason for them not to send all of her belongings, because, by the time they finally sent something, they had already voluntarily terminated parental rights.

I'm sure this baby would rather have straight fingers, no scars and no stiff gait than to try to make up a story about what the Tylskis did to her. I'm sure she would rather just get on with her little girl life than have to worry about how to manipulate anyone. All the psychological games the Tylskis accuse her of are miraculously non-existent. Guess that's just so she can manipulate us?

I've watched Jane and Rich at a cour hearing (the only one they've attended) when the description of their heinous abuse was testified to and never saw those hardhearted jerks so much as flinch. On the other hand, those in the audience with a heart had a very difficult time listening to such evilness.

Our girl is going to be fine. She is growing into a wonderful little lady who is kind and thoughtful, intelligent and witty. I worry that the Tylski boys don't have the same future ahead of them because they have had to live this lie as long as the rest of you have. Thank goodness for the person who was living at the Tylskis who has finally come forward with the truth.
